Middle of Spring 2011, Mike (@MrMikeJay), Peez (@MrPerfect) & Myself (@PhillyTheBoss) thought “We should come up with a site with our POV etc.” In October we launched SophisticatedIgnorance.net, which perfectly suits all of our personalities even though we’re different. Haz (@HazTV), whom also fits the name, joined the team shortly thereafter and we built this site one reader at a time since 10/21/11. Recently we added Desi (@ImDesi), Drea (@DreaOnassis) & Brick (@LunchGod) to the family to diversify the viewpoint & site while keeping the quality above standard. I personally never go by the logic that “if a person never partakes in something or was never given a taste of something, how do they know if they’ll like it?” Our angle wasn’t the most popular at first but it became popular. All because of you. Our loyal readers bought into how genuinely authentic our content was. We sincerely appreciate that. Even if it was one loyal reader that came to our site 3 Million times in 1 year we’re grateful. We understand that no one has to like us nor visit this site at all. However, we’re appreciative that you do. Thank you. 3 Million Views, 10 Months. Grassroots style. I like it.

The Brand will be expanding in the near months, however the quality will not decrease. Hopefully you all will stick around for all the new things we will be bringing forth.
