So of course I would never post a work out if I didn’t try it myself. Let me tell you. Pilates is not easy. This 12 minute workout had my lower abs and inner thighs burning. I feel skinny already! This workout from LiveStrong.com Women is to target those inner thighs you ladies are going to need to have your legs looking on point for that costume party you’re going to be attending during this Halloween season. It’s probably the only day of the year that it’s appropriate to show off your inner whore in public through your wardrobe. ¬†Enjoy ladies and feel the burn…..
