When you think of southern hip hop OGs, Big Boi is definitely one of the genre’s finest. We’ve been fans of this Atlanta playa since his days as one half of the duo Outkast. Since then, his track record proves that he continuously grows as an artist, pushing away limitations that most artists would be afraid to challenge and never compromises his creativity by being anybody but himself. In this second studio album, ‘Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors’, Big Boi showcases his eccentricity that was often thought to be because of Andre 3000 back in the Outkast days. Big Boi is not only one of the most dope lyricists of the south but continues to bring fresh new music to the table even after 20 plus years in the game.
