Peach Cobbler Pancakes brilliantly marries a simple breakfast item to the bold and vibrant flavors of a classic dessert.
Simple enough for breakfast in bed for your Boo yet delicious enough to impress your new Boo the morning after. I suggest you cook w love (a mimosa if possible) and some good music. I cook regularly to Anita Baker’s “Sweet Love” #swoon.I have provided my recipe using two different techniques to aid you and your cooking skill set. Domestic Goddesses Level 4 is for those of you who feel confident in cooking from scratch while Level 1 is structured for those of you still in the more entry levels of cooking. As for pairing suggestions, I serve this with apple chicken sausage and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese (to make eggs fluffier add 1 tablespoon of milk for every 2 eggs when scrambling). I also drizzle honey on my pancakes instead of syrup and for that…. you’ll definitely want to thank me later.
